Privacy policy

Phantasm is operated by Damien Stuck LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and your data is handled under United States and Florida law. If you close your account, we delete your personal records within 30 days; records we must keep by law, and trades already confirmed on chain, are kept as long as required.

We keep what is needed to run a marketplace: your account details, your profile, your listings and offers, and your wallet address. We never collect your seed phrase or private keys. Your profile page, your listings and your completed trades are visible to other users, and anything sent on chain is public and permanent.

Account: your email address and a hashed password, or — if you sign in with Google — your name, email and profile photo from Google.

Profile: username, display name, bio, profile photo and banner image.

Wallet: the public Solana address of the wallet you connect, so we can check what you own.

Trading: the listings and offers you create — mint address, name, image, price, currency (SOL or PHIZ), swap terms, status, and the transaction signature once a trade completes.

Your seed phrase, your private keys, or your wallet password. Anyone asking for those — including someone claiming to be Phantasm — is trying to steal your wallet.

Your profile page, the listings you publish and the offers you make are shown to other users. Once a trade is confirmed on the Solana network, its record is public and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.

Profile photos and banners are stored in private storage. Only you can open or re-download the files in your own folder; the picture link shown on your profile is what visitors use.

Your wallet app (Phantom) signs your transactions. The Solana network records confirmed trades publicly. We use infrastructure providers to read on-chain data and to host the app and its email, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. We do not sell your personal data.

Each account can only reach its own profile, listings and offers — the database enforces this per row. The storage bucket holding your images is private. Access keys and wallet credentials used by the app are kept on the server and never reach your browser.

You can edit or clear your profile at any time from the profile page, withdraw your own listings from the listing page, and ask us to close your account and delete your personal records. Trading history that already went on chain stays on chain.

Phantasm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
