Terms of service

Phantasm is operated by Damien Stuck LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms take effect on 27 September 2026 and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute about these terms or your use of Phantasm will be handled in the courts of Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

Phantasm is a marketplace where people list, buy and swap non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain. Every listing on the site was created by a user. When you buy or swap, the trade settles directly between your wallet and the other person's wallet in a single on-chain transaction. Phantasm is the meeting point and the tooling — it is not a party to your trade and never holds the items being traded.

You create an account with an email address and password, or with Google. You must confirm your email address before the account is fully active. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Phantasm connects to your own wallet (Phantom) to see which NFTs you hold and to ask you to sign transactions. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and we never store them. You must read and approve every transaction your wallet shows you. Once a transaction is sent to the Solana network it cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else — that is how blockchains work.

You may only list an NFT that your connected wallet actually owns; Phantasm checks this on chain before your listing goes live. You decide the asking price, whether you accept a purchase, a swap, or both, and what swap terms you want. You are responsible for the items you list and for having the right to transfer them. Phantasm displays live listings as they are submitted and does not inspect, appraise or endorse any item.

Phantasm charges a platform fee of 0.5% of the declared value of every completed trade, with no minimum. The fee is paid by the person making the offer, in the currency of that trade (SOL, or PHIZ where the trade is in PHIZ), and it travels inside the same transaction as the trade itself, so you always see the exact fee before you sign.

You are never charged the platform fee for creating or withdrawing a listing, or for an offer that is declined, cancelled, expires, or fails to complete. Solana network fees are separate, are paid to the network, and are shown to you by your wallet.

NFTs can lose all of their value, and prices are set only by what other people are willing to pay. Nothing on Phantasm is investment, legal or tax advice. You trade at your own risk and you are responsible for your own tax reporting.

Do not use Phantasm to trade stolen or fraudulently obtained items, to misrepresent what an NFT is, to evade the platform fee, to interfere with the site or its security rules, or to scrape or automate access in a way that harms other users.

We can withdraw a listing, close an offer, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or is being used to harm others. We will explain why where we reasonably can.

Phantasm is offered as it stands and can change: features may be added or removed, and the site may be unavailable at times. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will say so on this page with a new date.
